Empower your PV infrastructure with our globally certified dual-axis, flat single-axis, and tilted solar tracking systems engineered for high performance under severe environments.
Shandong Zhaori New Energy Tech. Co., Ltd. is a high-tech new energy company driven by independent intellectual property rights. Founded in June 2012, we operate 10 specialized departments including our state-of-the-art R&D department, technical department, engineering department, production department, quality assurance department, and international trade division.
With over 60 professional technology talents and engineers on staff, our team has focused on utility-scale photovoltaic power stations and active solar tracking software and mechanics design for more than 10 years. We specialize in developing structural components that increase efficiency and minimize Levelized Cost of Energy (LCOE) across extreme conditions globally.
Our factory covers a massive area of 50,000 square meters. It is equipped with advanced automated production lines, incorporating high-precision CNC machine tools, automated laser cutting machines, robotic welding systems, plasma cutting devices, and dozens of structural extrusion lines.
Our raw material selection process is rigorous, followed by cutting, structural welding, mechanical forming, hot-dip galvanization and custom anti-rust coatings, finishing treatment, dimensional testing, and heavy-duty packaging. Operating under strict ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 frameworks, every stage of our production is monitored to guarantee flawless structural performance over an operational lifespan of 25+ years.
Our design philosophy emphasizes three key principles: Simpler, More Reliable, and More Effective. We hold utility model patents from the European Patent Office, USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, India, Brazil, South Africa, alongside 8 Chinese National Invention Patents.
The ZRD-10 and ZRD-08 dual-axis tracking systems dynamically track the sun's altitude and azimuth angles continuously. Designed to capture direct normal irradiance (DNI) to increase energy generation by 30% to 40% compared to traditional static systems.
Available in Flat (1P/2P) and Tilted configurations (ZRT-16), these systems utilize a single pivot to track the sun's movement through the day. Specially optimized for large-scale bifacial module deployment, offering 15% to 30% yield boosts.
Engineered for ease of installation, our manual adjustable fixed mounting systems enable seasonal tilt angle corrections, allowing asset owners to optimize production curves without active tracking electronics.
Different terrains require highly specialized engineering decisions. Solar tracker pole mount designs must withstand high wind loads in coastal areas, heavy snow loads in northern latitudes, and complex terrain in mountain projects.
With projects installed globally, our structures are calculated for up to 2.4 kPa snow loading and 60 m/s wind speeds. Built-in smart sensors trigger auto-stow modes to shield tracking surfaces under extreme weather conditions.
The single post-foundation pole mount requires fewer pile penetrations, lowering civil work costs in uneven, rocky mountainous areas or deserts. The elevated mounting helps prevent soil corrosion and module shading from sand dunes or low-growing vegetation.
We ensure compliance with global structural engineering and electricity standards. All designs undergo wind tunnel testing and carry TUV, CE, UL, and local engineering certifications for ease of permitting.
To match the rapid increase in PV module power and sizes, we are continuously upgrading our control systems and structural integrity.
Integration of backtracking algorithms using real-time irradiance sensors to prevent self-shading on slopes, optimizing diffuse light capture on cloudy days.
High-clearance designs that minimize structure-induced back-shading, maximizing energy capture from the rear side of bifacial modules.
Application of Zn-Al-Mg (Zinc-Aluminum-Magnesium) coatings to extend structural life in highly corrosive environments (C5-M rating).
Using wireless communications protocols to eliminate trenching costs and reduce local networking infrastructure requirements.
Explore our project portfolio spanning mountain terrains, heavy-snow regions, desert areas, and commercial rooftops.
Our trackers undergo strict evaluations by international bodies to ensure structural safety, tracker stability, and electrical compatibility.
